Beacon Platform Consultant 
London

Seeking a Beacon Platform Consultant to enhance energy trading operations and continue to implementation of Beacon with internal/external systems, optimising workflows, and ensuring seamless trading execution. Ideal candidates have experience in trading platforms, software development, system integration, and a strong understanding of the energy trading market and Value at Risk (VaR) concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate Beacon Platform with trading, risk, and reporting systems.
  • Develop APIs, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve trading efficiency.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Work with vendors and data providers for seamless connectivity.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, energy trading trends, and VaR methodologies.
Experience needed in:
  • Beacon Platform 
  • Strong Technical background
  • Experience in Commodities / Energy Trading markets 
  • Strong understanding of VaR concepts and risk management.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
