About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Engineer Senior to join one of out banking clients. You will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of debit and credit card products. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document business requirements, breaking down high-level needs into actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with domain and solution architects to design the target solution.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications (using UML diagrams and other modeling tools).
  • Work closely with IT implementation teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and execute test cases, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
  • Partner with product management, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to create optimized product and service designs.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of new products and features.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics or Information Technology (or a related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Engineering, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience in documenting and modeling requirements using tools like UML and BPMN.
  • Knowledge of database technologies and API interface technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) is essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken German is required; good knowledge of English is a plus.
