About the Role
We are seeking an Business Analyst KYC/AML to join our team and play a key role in driving business analysis methodology within transversal project teams in one of the business value streams. This role involves analysing and challenging business requirements while identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on modernization initiatives, including onboarding private customers, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Fraud prevention.
• Serve as an ambassador for business analysis methodology across project teams.
• Analyse and challenge business requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights for project teams, software suppliers, and outsourcing partners.
• Follow up on projects via a structured collaboration model, ensuring that implemented solutions align with requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and leverage data-driven decision-making.
• Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
• Provide clear insights and status updates on work progress within project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proactive and skilled in coordinating business requirements with IT and various stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Process Engineer within the financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML, and Fraud prevention.
• Ability to anticipate and communicate challenges with managers before they escalate.
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability in working methods and communication to suit different circumstances.
• 8+ years of experience in the financial services sector.
• 5+ years of experience in project work involving stakeholder management.
