We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a Bio Supply Chain Project. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry and will be versed in analysing and evaluating business processes, systems and user needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a Bio Supply Chain Project. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry and will be versed in analysing and evaluating business processes, systems and user needs.
Experience:
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Dashboard and KPI reporting experience
- E2E Value Chain in a manufacturing site
- SAP BW, Power BI, SQL
Responsibilities:
- Connect multiple source of data using Power BI, SAP BW, and others tools and publish reports and KPI’s
- Conducts interviews to gather business requirements/needs via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis to meaningful new business tools
- Translates conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
- Performs testing and quality assurance to ensure data reliability
- Defines reporting and alerting governance model and report performance
- Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop proposal for enhancing or further leveraging business performances
- Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Assists with the interpretation of requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance systems integration
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to key stakeholders
- Communicates key insights and findings to all organizational layers
