Main Tasks: Business Engineer for the implementation of new transaction monitoring for correspondent banks. Specifically:

• Analyze and formulate business requirements.
• Prepare and conduct workshops for requirement gathering.
• Develop, evaluate, and present solution approaches to stakeholders.
• Develop business concepts, requirement, and detailed specifications.
• Create and conduct functional and non-functional test cases.

You will work closely with representatives from the Legal & Compliance department, various stakeholders/end-users from sales units, as well as IT and the software supplier. Professional demeanor, assertiveness, subject-matter expertise in money laundering, and strong social skills are essential for this position.

Requirements (Content, Methodology):
Broad knowledge of banking, especially Legal and Compliance. Extensive know-how and experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering). Methodological competence in an agile environment, business analysis, requirements engineering, and testing. Strong aptitude and understanding of IT systems and data analysis.
