Business Engineer

A Senior Business Engineer is needed for one of our banking clients to drive the development of a new content management system for investment research publications. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting end-to-end business analysis, gathering and specifying requirements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and IT teams to implement and refine system features. Your work will include leading workshops, creating user stories, defining interfaces and data models, and designing functional and automated test cases. You’ll also support seamless stakeholder communication and contribute to training materials and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in business analysis within banking, investment/economic research, or publishing.
• Skilled in creating detailed specifications, feature development, and collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments (SAFe knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in tools such as Confluence, Jira, and X-Ray (experience with Eidosmedia, Censhare, or UI Path is a plus).
