About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Client Service Management Specialist to join one of our financial services client. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for corporate clients, providing exceptional service and support related to their securities and custody services. You will ensure client satisfaction through efficient query resolution and serve as a vital link between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for corporate clients, addressing and resolving transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services.
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory query resolution in line with agreed service levels and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and custodians to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and update management systems with accurate and current client information.
  • Educate clients on account services, tools, and capabilities to enhance their overall experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.
  • Oversee the collection of required documentation for new account openings and service requests.
  • Plan and organize team marketing events and ensure marketing materials are up to date.
  • Manage the team’s activity calendar, providing detailed scheduling and event planning.
Skills and Experience:
  • Solid understanding of financial and securities services, with specific expertise in settlements and securities transfers.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, ideally within a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of securities and global custody products.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
