We’re looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics Technical Lead to join the ICT team at a leading logistics and transport company. This role involves supporting, leading, and delivering high-quality technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You’ll work closely with architects, functional engineers, and development teams to ensure seamless integration, top-quality deployment, and continuous improvement across both project and Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics Technical Lead to join the ICT team at a leading logistics and transport company. This role involves supporting, leading, and delivering high-quality technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You’ll work closely with architects, functional engineers, and development teams to ensure seamless integration, top-quality deployment, and continuous improvement across both project and Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Collaborate with architects and functional engineers to create and communicate effective CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical delivery from build (configuration/customization) through to testing and implementation; act as the release manager and monitor KPIs (e.g., burndown, velocity).
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance and quality in deliverables from internal developers and suppliers; produce or review technical documentation for ongoing maintenance.
- Team Mentorship: Coach and upskill team members, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate solutions to all relevant stakeholders, providing clear documentation and persuasive presentations.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of MS Dynamics CRM experience, preferably within consulting for large or multinational companies.
- Leadership: Proven experience coordinating and leading agile teams in software delivery.
- Communication: Strong skills in stakeholder communication, documentation, and presentation.
- Languages: Fluent in English; French and Dutch are a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant CRM or Dynamics certifications are highly desirable.
