We’re looking for an experienced hands-on head of engineering to help build a new platform for one of customers in the retail space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive key initiatives across our system landscape, collaborating closely with application teams to deliver high-performance and scalable solutions.
  • Technical Excellence: Design and implement state-of-the-art architectural solutions, leveraging cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, infrastructure setups, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong experience in scalable systems and data modeling.
  • Work senior stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Experience with PHP, Laravel, Python, Google Big Query, AWS, and MySQL.
