Seeking an experienced IAM Analyst to join a large global Swiss-based manufacturing business in a hybrid work environment. This role is crucial in supporting, maintaining, and developing the Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) infrastructure and its integrations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of identity and access management, with hands-on experience in MIM and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) solution to meet the organization’s identity and access management needs.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate identity management processes and tasks.
  • Utilize C# to maintain extension rules within MIM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions with other IT systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot identity management systems to ensure their optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on identity management best practices to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in identity management technologies and recommend improvements to enhance current systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and other identity management solutions within a large multinational or IT service provider environment.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Knowledge of C#.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and other identity management platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
