We are seeking an experienced data operations leader to drive the governance, quality, and continuous improvement of our global product master data ecosystem within Informatica. This role ensures strong business-IT alignment, data compliance, and system performance across operations and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the Informatica data model, rulebook, and quality processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, ALCOA+ and data governance standards.
• Coordinate system changes, UAT, and issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Drive cross-functional data governance training, documentation, and engagement.
• Support interface improvements and data availability for analytics and reporting.
• Act as key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams globally.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years’ MDM leadership experience in regulated or industrial environments.
• 5+ years' senior management position
• Deep expertise in Informatica, data modeling, ERP integration, and lifecycle management.
• Strong background in data quality, analytics, and compliance (GxP/ALCOA+).
• Excellent communicator with vendor management skills and business acumen.
• Proven ability to operate in matrixed, global organizations and drive change.
