IT Support Engineer
Salary: £35k | Hybrid (2 days per week on-site)
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic software company. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in IT support, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Java experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via Zendesk, email, phone, and conversation
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
  • Assist with software installations, configurations, and updates
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues proactively
  • Create user guides and FAQs to improve self-service support
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., SQL, PowerShell, Unix)
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals
