The company works with both local and international clients and contractors.SGI’s supply chains include (the list is not exhaustive) sourcing candidates for clients, which may involve the introduction of candidates to third party companies, and subsequent supply to their customers.<h4>SGI Policies in relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking</h4>As part of the recruitment sector, SGI recognises the responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking, including preventing the same in our corporate activities, and ensuring that SGI’s supply chain is free from slavery and human trafficking.SGI has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.Relevant SGI’s policies are listed below which and are reviewed on a regular basis:&nbsp;<ul class="lg-mx-4"><li>HR Procedures – SGI does not tolerate any threat of physical or sexual violence, harassment or intimidation against our employees. Relevant HR policies are clearly defined and communicated to all employees at the onboarding stage, and then via training sessions. Our target is for zero accidents and zero work-related ill health to be achieved by applying current best practice in health and safety management. SGI’s suppliers are expected to have relevant ethical, environmental and social policies.In order to ensure that our suppliers comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we include a question on modern slavery and trafficking in the UK Umbrella - Onboarding Questionnaire which is reviewed annually.On top of that, SGI conducts strict compliance checks for all candidates we supply to the clients, including identity, right to work and employment history checks, any additional checks may be carried out from time to time, as required by the Client.As a business we are dedicated to support human rights and sustainability through regular reviews of our internal policies and processes.<h4>Training</h4>Training on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, and on the risk our business faces from modern slavery in its supply chains is provided as necessary.This statement is made on behalf of Source Group International pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ("The MSA") and comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year 2023.</

For our customer a regional bank in Zurich, we are seeking a talented Java/ Python Developer (FLUENT IN GERMAN) for a LONG -TERM TRADING APPLICATIONS PROJECT 3 Days a week onsite is mandatory  remote/ home office must STILL be located in Switzerland GERMAN FLUENT/ BUSINESS PROFICIENT  Key Skills Collaboration in the further development of Spring-based applications for securities trading in the area of structured products and the associated front-end application (Angular Web GUI) - Collaboration in the further development of the interfaces to our trading systems (Python) - Advising and supporting the specialist department in technical product design and implementation issues - Collaboration in agile IT projects in securities trading Requirements (in terms of content, methodology): - Analyzing technical problems in the area of structured products - Team player with the ability to motivate others and inspire them with ideas - Strong communication skills - Basic banking knowledge and interest in trading - Enjoy agile software development and DevOps mindset Requirements (technology e.g. Java, Linux etc.): - Very good Java, Kotlin, Spring knowledge - Good knowledge of Python - Good knowledge of Angular & TypeScript - Experience with build automation tools (Gradle, Maven) and continuous integration (Jenkins or similar) - Experience with Frontarena is an advantage - Experience with test automation tools JUnit, Jest, Selenium
