About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Full Stack Engineer to join an innovative and fast-growing startup. This is a contract role with strong potential for extension. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-driven applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and ML while implementing scalable data pipelines and productionizing ML models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI Agents from scratch, building & integrating LLMs and reinforcement learning methodologies.
  • Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production environments.
  • Deploy and scale ML models on Azure cloud infrastructure leveraging Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Delta Lake, and MLOps best practices.
  • Implement and manage LLMFlow for efficient model lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and governance of AI models using Unity and Unity Governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong expertise in building AI Agents, LLMs, and Reinforcement Learning systems.
  • Experience in ML model productionization and deploying scalable AI solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Delta Lake.
  • Proficiency in data engineering, including building robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
  • Familiarity with LLMFlow for managing large-scale AI model workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Unity and Unity Governance for AI-driven applications.
  • Proficient in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and SQL.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with real-time AI systems and autonomous agents.
  • Prior work in GenAI applications or AI-powered automation solutions.
  • Strong background in data governance, model interpretability, and AI ethics.
