Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Lead

My client is looking for a experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Lead for a Siemens OPCenter Execution. This is a leadership position that involves assessing business requirements, collaborating with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and key users, whilst working with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) engineers to design, configure, and test the system.


You will also be responsible for:
Creating necessary documentation (URS, FRS, Design Specs, Test Scripts).
Leading a team and assigning tasks.
Reporting status to Cognizant and customer management.

To be successful for this opportunity from a technical perspective, it is essential you have demonstratable experience with the following;

• Strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma (Simatic IT eBR).
• Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their role in pharmaceutical production.
• Experience in designing and configuring Process Instructions (PIs).
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GxP regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in creating and validating Electronic Batch Records (EBR). Familiarity with system validation processes, including test script development and execution. Understanding of database structures, SQL queries, and system integration.

This is a 12 month contract with Hybrid working agreed. You will need to be at site, 1 x day per week, located in Brussels ( Belgium)

An hourly rate guide is €70 - €75 per hour.
