In this role, you’ll ensure data consistency, governance, and compliance, fostering a unified approach across the business.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement a robust MDM strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear data ownership and governance frameworks.
- Drive data quality initiatives, ensuring harmonization, reducing inconsistencies, and optimizing master data across platforms.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of MDM initiatives.
- Keep policies and governance frameworks up to date with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Advocate for best practices in data management and provide training to equip teams with the tools and knowledge needed to maximize data value.
What You Bring
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant MDM certifications (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, CDMP) are a plus.
- Several years of proven experience in Master Data Management, data governance, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of domain-driven data management approaches, such as Data Mesh, is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills, with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
