đ Location & Work Schedule
- Location: Brussels
- Work Schedule: 50% on-site, 50% remote
- On-Call: Participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule (1 week every 6 weeks)
- Support & Maintenance: Handle Cisco NAC/dot1x network authentication, Wifi systems, ISE servers, and Wifi controllers (Cisco & Aruba).
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex network issues.
- Configuration: Deploy new Cisco ISE, WLC, and Aruba Wifi servers; configure NAC rules.
- Documentation: Develop and update technical documentation and inventories.
- Monitoring: Manage and monitor network assets and follow up on service operation needs (SLA/KPI).
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of Wifi systems, NAC dot1x, switches, routers, and remote access solutions.
- Experience with Cisco network environments, particularly in large corporate setups.
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting Cisco NAC dot1x & Wifi systems, or similar (e.g., Aruba).
- Cisco CCNA & CCNP certification or proven relevant experience.
- Ability to create and update technical documentation and troubleshoot network issues.
- Knowledge of Python scripting or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English, good knowledge of French and Dutch.
- Team player with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
- Customer-oriented, risk-conscious, flexible, and accurate.
- Capable of working independently and delivering on time.
