A major finance player are looking for an experienced Full Stack Python/ React Engineer to come in and build and AI-driven solutions used across the organisation.The company are investing heavily in this space and their user base is growing signifcantly hence the need for great engineers to come and join.

You'll work on an internal AI platform, developing robust, production-grade software using Python, React AWS/Azure, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Whilst we are not expecting commercial experience you'll need to demonsrate a strong interest in GenAI / LLM technologies

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain Python-based back-end services for an internal AI platform
• Build scalable, high-performance systems with a focus on reliability and security.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve system architecture.
• Ensure smooth CI/CD deployments and automate processes where possible.
• Improve system observability, logging, and monitoring in a distributed cloud environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive Python development experience (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Strong knowledge of backend architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
• React/Typescript experience.
• AWS/Azure
• CI/CD experience
• Understanding of software development best practices (TDD, clean code, SDLC).
• Interest in AI tools and frameworks (but no prior commercial AI experience required).

You won't need prior financial services experience but you'll need to have worked in complex organisations where security is paramount.
