Scrum Master- Investment Advisory Solution

Duration: 12 months (with the possibility of extension)
 
For our client, a leading Swiss Bank, we are seeking a Scrum Master for a Finfox Investment and Pension advisory solution project. Working closely with other teams, you will help create a digital advisory platform, with an initial focus on enhancing investment advice capabilities.
 
Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of Scrum methodology is essential
• Responsible for ensuring optimal team performance
• Oversee recruitment and team composition
• Provide coaching to team members and support the Product Owner (PO)

 
Requirements:

• Extensive expertise in Scrum methodology
• Senior-level experience in facilitation and meeting moderation
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members at a senior level
• Fluency in German
• Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset
