Job Title: Securities & Funds Specialist
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Rate: CHF 50 per hour

This role provides settlement services in our role as global custodian for our clients. The specialist will ensure securities portfolios are transferred between other financial institutions and guarantees timely settlement of transactions in global markets, and plays an active role in looking after accurate realignments of securities positions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide Settlements processing for private placement hedge funds and mutual funds transfers for our clients.
• Ensure risk aware exception handling, trade monitoring and manual interventions on client & market transactions.
• Liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of client assets.

Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
• Good understanding of securities markets specifically functions of a custodian.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, typically MT54x settlement instructions.
• Profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders).
