You will own the workday platform and design and lead HR technology solutions by delivering scalable Workday solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and other functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable ROI.

  • Bring years of experience designing and implementing Workday solutions, with expertise in Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules.
  • Proven consulting experience in HR transformation and delivering ROI-driven technology solutions.
  • HR Transformation: Partner with HR leaders to enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and drive performance through digital HR solutions.
  • Value Delivery: Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Consulting Expertise: Assess business needs, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions using Workday best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage Workday updates and innovations to optimize operations and enhance functionality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with HR, IT, and business units to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee Workday projects from design to go-live, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
