Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team at Serco. The ideal candidate will hold EU Security Clearance and/or NATO Security Clearance and be based in Europe, preferably within the Benelux region.
Required Qualifications:

• EU Security Clearance and/or NATO Security Clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on secure environments.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with system monitoring, management tools, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in government or defence sectors.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cloud-based systems and cybersecurity best practices.
