Contract - End of the year + extension across 2025
Location: Zurich - 2-3 days a week
Rate; dependent on skills and experiences
Languages: German and English (Fluent)

Skillset- 3-6 years of expert skills across this area, German and English speaking ( can go into more detail on a call)
Nice to have - Linux/Unix - Scripting language, financial experience is beneficial
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Delivery Environment Management (DEM) is responsible for the global system test environments operated in and from Switzerland. This includes process and tool ownership, central planning and coordination with the stakeholders (e.g. Projects, Release Management, Configuration Management, L2, DBAs,…).
• Ensuring stable “End to End” (e2e) system test environment is one of the primary objectives along with maintaining the permanent integrity of the system test and education environment.
• Daily service operation checks are performed, to ensure that the end of day processing is executed and the applications are running to keep the stakeholders (e.g. the test managers) up to date; they are provided with regular updates.
• DEM is the “owner” and plays the role of a “gate keeper” for the E2E system test environment.
• DEM provides a central communication platform for system test and education environments related information.
• Perform daily service operation checks for the end of day processes, system and applications checks and communicate the status on the DEM Confluence.
• Coordinate (and run) all job actions on the system test environment.
• Provide regular & timely updates on system test and education environment issues.
• Publish information about current and upcoming test or training limitations on the DEM SharePoint portal.
• Perform various operations tasks for the system test and education environment.
• Coordinate the resolution of environment issues.
• Manage test environment reservations and capacity.
• Plan and coordinate data refreshes or restoring of data.
• Coordinate the maintenance tests for the test and education environments.
• Support the projects at test data management and test case execution planning & configuration
• Coordinate access and profiles for test users on the system test (TUM)
