This accreditation has been officially announced by Great Place to Work UK®, who recognize companies that make employee development a core part of their culture.

SGI's inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges the ongoing commitment to development, innovation, and employee growth. Over the past year, many new benefits/procedures/ policies were introduced to solidify employee development commitment, including The SGI Academy, Dedicated Strategy Sessions, On Desk Coaching, Intro to Management, and Vector training for promotion success.
