The company works with both local and international clients and contractors.SGI’s supply chains include (the list is not exhaustive) sourcing candidates for clients, which may involve the introduction of candidates to third party companies, and subsequent supply to their customers.<h4>SGI Policies in relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking</h4>As part of the recruitment sector, SGI recognises the responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking, including preventing the same in our corporate activities, and ensuring that SGI’s supply chain is free from slavery and human trafficking.SGI has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.Relevant SGI’s policies are listed below which and are reviewed on a regular basis:&nbsp;<ul class="lg-mx-4"><li>HR Procedures – SGI does not tolerate any threat of physical or sexual violence, harassment or intimidation against our employees. Relevant HR policies are clearly defined and communicated to all employees at the onboarding stage, and then via training sessions. The policies are made easily accessible and available to all employees in SGI’s internal database, as well as through the employee handbook;</li><li>Whistleblowing Policy – at SGI, we believe it is important that any fraud, misconduct or wrongdoing by anyone working with us is reported and dealt with appropriately. We, therefore, encourage all individuals to raise any concerns that they may have about the conduct of others in the business or the way in which the company is run. This policy applies to all employees and anyone working with us;</li><li>Health and Safety Policy – The Company regards the management of health and safety as an integral part of its business and as a management priority. It is our policy that all activities and work will be carried out in a safe manner and we will ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees and others who may be affected by our activities. Our target is for zero accidents and zero work-related ill health to be achieved by applying current best practice in health and safety management. Compliance with current health and safety legislation is, therefore regarded as the absolute minimum standard acceptable;</li><li>Dignity at Work Policy – We will not tolerate bullying and harassment of any kind and will take any allegation very seriously. All allegations of bullying and harassment will be investigated and, if appropriate, disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including dismissal. In some cases, employees could be personally liable to pay compensation in legal claims and may amount to a criminal offence. We will also not tolerate the victimisation of a person for making allegations of bullying or harassment in good faith or supporting someone to make such a complaint. Victimisation is a disciplinary offence.</li></ul><h4>Due Diligence Processes</h4>We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly review our existing suppliers. The Company's due diligence and reviews include:<ul class="lg-mx-4"><li>mapping the supply chain broadly to assess particular product or geographical risks of modern slavery and human trafficking;</li><li>evaluating the modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier.</li></ul><h4>Risk assessment and management, key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of steps being taken</h4>SGI expects high ethical standards from our suppliers and potential suppliers and encourages them to operate in an ethical, legally compliant and professional manner, also when engaging their own suppliers. SGI’s suppliers are expected to have relevant ethical, environmental and social policies.In order to ensure that our suppliers comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we include a question on modern slavery and trafficking in the UK Umbrella - Onboarding Questionnaire which is reviewed annually.On top of that, SGI conducts strict compliance checks for all candidates we supply to the clients, including identity, right to work and employment history checks, any additional checks may be carried out from time to time, as required by the Client.As a business we are dedicated to support human rights and sustainability through regular reviews of our internal policies and processes.<h4>Training</h4>Training on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, and on the risk our business faces from modern slavery in its supply chains is provided as necessary.This statement is made on behalf of Source Group International pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ("The MSA") and comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year 2023.</

We are looking for Data Scientists to join our leading AgTech client to help develop data solutions. Starting February 2025, for a minimum of 12 months. RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Leads the development of a data science research framework, including the creation of a testing and evaluation computational environment, an internal code/method review process, and a technology transfer strategy to convert data into valuable products.</li><li>Transforms data from various systems and platforms into scalable products and services that enhance the organization’s financial performance and strengthen relationships with customers. </li><li>Provides leadership and guidance to data scientists within various domains.</li><li>Communicates findings, ranging from technical white papers to high-level business recommendations for decision-makers.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>10-15 years of experience in developing algorithms within an applied research commercial environment.Experience in analysing operational customer data, with some preferred within a commercial agriculture context.</li><li>A PhD is preferred (MS required) in a quantitative or computational science field.</li><li>Expertise in developing innovative techniques related to data acquisition, ETL processes, pattern recognition, statistical analysis, and scalability in applied research.Well organized, good communication skills</li><li>Proficient in writing production-ready code using common data and decision science programming languages and tools (Python, R, Scala, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with working with datasets related to weather, climate, soils, satellite data, or genomics.</li><li>Experience with Computer Vision and Geospatial technologies is advantageous.</li><li>Ideally a minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing junior to mid-level data science teams.</li></ul>If you're interested in this role and think you fit what we're looking for, we would love to hear from you. Data Scientist

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to journey our leading Biotech client's Quality team, where  you will provide support with a focus on managing Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). RESPONSIBILITES <ul><li>Reviewing previous NCs to ensure compliance ahead of the upcoming audit (Mid-Feb/March).</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams to document and provide evidence of conformity.</li><li>Identifying new NCs and implementing appropriate corrective actions, including CAPA.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience working in quality control/assurance.</li><li>A strong understanding of CAPA, NCC, DCC, and other quality documentation processes.</li><li>Experience with ticketing and document management systems, preferably Veeva and JIRA.</li><li>Relevant experience in a Quality Control/Quality Assurance function, ideally within a regulated environment.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>If you think you fit the qualifications and are interested in this role, please do submit an application.
