The company works with both local and international clients and contractors.SGI’s supply chains include (the list is not exhaustive) sourcing candidates for clients, which may involve the introduction of candidates to third party companies, and subsequent supply to their customers.<h4>SGI Policies in relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking</h4>As part of the recruitment sector, SGI recognises the responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking, including preventing the same in our corporate activities, and ensuring that SGI’s supply chain is free from slavery and human trafficking.SGI has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.Relevant SGI’s policies are listed below which and are reviewed on a regular basis:&nbsp;<ul class="lg-mx-4"><li>HR Procedures – SGI does not tolerate any threat of physical or sexual violence, harassment or intimidation against our employees. Relevant HR policies are clearly defined and communicated to all employees at the onboarding stage, and then via training sessions. The policies are made easily accessible and available to all employees in SGI’s internal database, as well as through the employee handbook;</li><li>Whistleblowing Policy – at SGI, we believe it is important that any fraud, misconduct or wrongdoing by anyone working with us is reported and dealt with appropriately. We, therefore, encourage all individuals to raise any concerns that they may have about the conduct of others in the business or the way in which the company is run. This policy applies to all employees and anyone working with us;</li><li>Health and Safety Policy – The Company regards the management of health and safety as an integral part of its business and as a management priority. It is our policy that all activities and work will be carried out in a safe manner and we will ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees and others who may be affected by our activities. Our target is for zero accidents and zero work-related ill health to be achieved by applying current best practice in health and safety management. Compliance with current health and safety legislation is, therefore regarded as the absolute minimum standard acceptable;</li><li>Dignity at Work Policy – We will not tolerate bullying and harassment of any kind and will take any allegation very seriously. All allegations of bullying and harassment will be investigated and, if appropriate, disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including dismissal. In some cases, employees could be personally liable to pay compensation in legal claims and may amount to a criminal offence. We will also not tolerate the victimisation of a person for making allegations of bullying or harassment in good faith or supporting someone to make such a complaint. Victimisation is a disciplinary offence.</li></ul><h4>Due Diligence Processes</h4>We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly review our existing suppliers. The Company's due diligence and reviews include:<ul class="lg-mx-4"><li>mapping the supply chain broadly to assess particular product or geographical risks of modern slavery and human trafficking;</li><li>evaluating the modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier.</li></ul><h4>Risk assessment and management, key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of steps being taken</h4>SGI expects high ethical standards from our suppliers and potential suppliers and encourages them to operate in an ethical, legally compliant and professional manner, also when engaging their own suppliers. SGI’s suppliers are expected to have relevant ethical, environmental and social policies.In order to ensure that our suppliers comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we include a question on modern slavery and trafficking in the UK Umbrella - Onboarding Questionnaire which is reviewed annually.On top of that, SGI conducts strict compliance checks for all candidates we supply to the clients, including identity, right to work and employment history checks, any additional checks may be carried out from time to time, as required by the Client.As a business we are dedicated to support human rights and sustainability through regular reviews of our internal policies and processes.<h4>Training</h4>Training on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, and on the risk our business faces from modern slavery in its supply chains is provided as necessary.This statement is made on behalf of Source Group International pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ("The MSA") and comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year 2023.</

Enterprise Security Architect 12 Month Contract Hybrid working Brussels The Enterprise Security Architect will collaborate with the organization to design, implement, and optimize a robust security architecture. This role will focus on aligning the enterprise environment with security standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices. The consultant will apply technical expertise and strategic vision to deliver results within defined timeframes. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assessment & Strategy: Conduct security posture assessments and develop a tailored security architecture framework.</li><li>Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., NIS2, GDPR, NIST) and conduct risk assessments to address vulnerabilities.</li><li>Solution Design & Implementation: Design secure, scalable solutions for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Oversee the implementation of key security controls.</li><li>Technology Evaluation: Recommend emerging security technologies and assist with the procurement and deployment of security tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, IAM).</li><li>Policy & Process Development: Collaborate to create or refine security policies and procedures, integrating industry best practices.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, providing actionable recommendations and delivering reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and develop documentation, ensuring continuity after engagement.</li><li></li></ul>Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience: At least 10+ years in cybersecurity, with a proven track record as a Security Architect or similar role. External consulting experience is preferred.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIS2, NIST, ISO 27001) and expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure) and modern infrastructure.</li><li>Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>

Enterprise Security Architect

Enterprise Architect - IAM/CIAM Location: Brussels 12 Month (initial contract) Hybrid working   Our client is looking for an Enterprise Architect to define the target and transition architecture and roadmaps for their Security capabilities that provide safety in their interactions with customers, markets and in their own operations.   Profile: <ul><li>Deep knowledge of the IAM and CIAM framework and industry best practice, Identity Governance, Logical and Privileged Access Management, Role Modelling, Access Recertification, and authentication mechanisms.</li><li>Familiar with market leader’s products (e.g. CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft AD, Beyond Trust, One Identity) and its implementation in a strong regulated and complex environment.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with Security technologies, Identity Management platforms, Secure Access Management and Federation, IDAAS (IDentity As A Service), Single Sign On, SAML, Opend ID Connect, OAUTH, multi-factor authentication, PKI and cryptographic solutions, web application firewalls, automated code review tools, Cloud SAAS solutions.[SV1]</li><li>You are certified in the area of Security (e.g. CISSP, CBCI, GIAC, ISO 22301/27001, LA/LI) – considered as a plus</li></ul>  Role: <ul><li>Lead analysis of current and future-state capabilities and IT environment to detect gaps and opportunities, assess new technologies, and recommend solutions for improvement to drive the enterprise towards its targeted outcomes.</li><li>Facilitating Business and IT alignment and supporting the translation into an executable change roadmap that will realise the strategic objectives and deliver the targeted value outcomes, requiring close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.</li><li>Delivering target and/or transition architectures and standards and ensuring they are properly maintained and governed, providing viable options and visibility of strategic direction and implications for the enterprise and for steering of delivery.</li><li>Providing transparency on the progress of the capability implementation and alignment with established targets and intended roadmaps.</li><li>Providing transparency on the evolution of Technology Debt and the planning and implementation of mitigation and remediation actions.</li><li>Developing clear standards, reference architecture patterns, principles and guardrails, through the EA governance model, to support effective and efficient decision-making and provide clarity for delivery initiatives.</li></ul>Interested to discuss further?
