I’m the Performance Director at SGI. Which means 3 core things:
-Ensuring we’re creating the right model and environment to enable incredible performance for every person at SGI,
-delivering the development to implement those strategies and - hiring the best people into the SGI team.
With over 13 years of developing sales experts and leaders in the recruitment industry. I'm deeply invested in developing the exceptional talent that makes SGI an incredible team to be a part of. I came into the industry ignorant to the fact it would become such a huge part of my life.
Previously I’d taught windsurfing and sailing and loved the impact I could have on people’s confidence and success as they learned new skills. Turning that to being able to affect professional careers and the performance of a business, within this awesome industry, continues to be incredibly rewarding.
