Job Opportunity: Data Modeler (6-Month Contract)Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days onsite)

Duration: Minimum 6 months
Rate: Up to £495 per day (negotiable based on experience)

Are you a detail-oriented Data Modeler ready to make an impact in a dynamic business intelligence environment? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to gather requirements for database design and modeling.
• Develop and implement database models aligned with business needs.
• Work closely with development teams to implement data warehouses and ensure seamless database integration.
• Analyze and address business needs for data reporting and data migration.
• Partner with data scientists to determine metadata querying requirements and implement solutions.
• Manage data cleaning processes and implement data security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and data architecture.
• Experience in ER modeling, big data, enterprise data, and physical data models.
• Familiarity with data modeling tools such as SAP PowerDesigner, Microsoft Visio, or erwin Data Modeler.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus.
• Bonus: Previous experience in the energy or utilities sector.
