Are you a detail-oriented Data Modeler ready to make an impact in a dynamic business intelligence environment? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to gather requirements for database design and modeling.
- Develop and implement database models aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with development teams to implement data warehouses and ensure seamless database integration.
- Analyze and address business needs for data reporting and data migration.
- Partner with data scientists to determine metadata querying requirements and implement solutions.
- Manage data cleaning processes and implement data security protocols.
- Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and data architecture.
- Experience in ER modeling, big data, enterprise data, and physical data models.
- Familiarity with data modeling tools such as SAP PowerDesigner, Microsoft Visio, or erwin Data Modeler.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus.
- Bonus: Previous experience in the energy or utilities sector.
