A leading organization in the transport sector is seeking an experienced Data Modeler to shape its data architecture. You'll design Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models, drive data governance, and implement Data Fabric/Data Mesh architectures to support critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models to support business needs.
- Establish and maintain data governance, metadata management, and data strategies.
- Build and manage data frameworks, including data warehouses, data lakes, and big data platforms.
- Work with relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases to design scalable solutions.
- Drive the implementation of ETL and data ingestion processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data architecture and strategy.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Modeling and relevant fields.
- Proven expertise in pharma, regulated industries, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Data Fabric/Data Mesh architectures.
- Familiarity with pharma research and CMC processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin DM or ER Studio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor others effectively.
